Gosh! It’s going to take me some time to lose weight. Since I stayed at my aunt’s place 3 weeks ago, I have gained a few pounds.
At first I thought I could maintain my weight if I increased the workload of home cleaning for my aunt. Unfortunately, my aunt did most of the home cleaning herself without wanting me to help out.
I guess I must bring along my Bio Ceramic Anti Cellulite Shorts and Anti Cellulite Cream next week so that I can wear it while doing workouts or home cleaning chores at my aunt’s place.
Increase Home Cleaning Chores To Lose Weight May 31, 2008
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : Work At Home Mom's Weight Loss , 1 comment so farLast November, I asked hubby to buy a treadmill so that we could do exercise at home on rainy days. However, hubby refused to buy the treadmill I suggested. Hubby knew that I would use the equipment for a few months and then leave it accumulating dust in the corner of the living room.
Early this year, I was introduced to lose weight using colon cleanse. I told hubby the weight loss method that I would like to try. Unfortunately, he suggested that I increase the load of home cleaning chores to help me lose weight!
A Work At Home Mom Wants To Do More Home Cleaning Chores To Lose Weight May 31, 2008
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : House / Home Cleaning Tips , add a commentGuess what a work at home mom hates most? Bingo! Gaining weight! I hate to see myself putting on more and more weight. If I don’t lose weight, sooner or later I will be more than 100 pounds overweight and may need to undergo lapband surgery.
I used to be overweight 2 years ago, therefore I don’t want to see myself fat again. Hubby asked me to consider controlling diets, taking diet pills, doing exercise programs or workouts on treadmills first before I make up my mind to go for any lap band surgery.
Of course, I won’t consider any lap band surgery at all. I am sure doing workouts and controlling diets are good enough to help me lose weight. Perhaps I should increase the amount of home cleaning chores or do household chores more diligently.
Lose Weight Through Hoodia Patch December 27, 2007
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : Health , add a commentYour goal is to lose weight, plain and simple. There are lots of different diets, diet pills and other weight loss products on the market which can help you to lose weight.
Hoodia Gordonii has been used for thousands of years by the San tribe (also commonly known as bushmen) of South Africa to decrease appetite. Hoodia patch is just one of the many Hoodia Gordonii products available.
Hoodia patch doesn’t just help your body burn fat and calories; it goes straight to the source, acting directly on the brain to curb appetite.
How does hoodia patch work ? It works by affecting the hypothalamus, a gland located at the base of the brain that regulates numerous bodily functions and signals, including hunger. Hoodia suppresses the appetite so you don’t feel hungry.
Keep in mind that dieting isn’t easy and no matter what weight loss program or diet product used, eating healthy and some exercise if possible can always make a difference.
Pregnant women or people with any medical condition should not use the patch without supervision of their health care professional first.
