June Is Two Days Away

Oh, no, June is only two days away! Another month is going past and I am wondering what I have achieved so far.

Have I paid off my credit card debt? Noop, but the monthly repayments have been on time.

How are the car and home loans? Well, my car loan is going to be settled in August 2011! As for my home loan, phew, it’s going to many years before I have a mortgage-free home.

What about sales for weight loss products? Well, I must say that I am quite proud of my Amazon sales for various products, including diet products.

Yes, keep up the good work!

How’s The Plan Of Selling Custom Screen T-Shirt Printing?

Wow, it’s been more than 2 years since I abandoned the plan of selling custom screen t-shirt printing while operating a novel house business.

There is neither a novel house biz nor screen t-shirt printing biz. Both business plans had to be canceled due to lacking in money.

Besides, hubby and I still have credit card debt that needs to be settled fully first.

Eating Home-Cooked Meals Again!

Filed under: Healthy Living,Love n Marriage,Work At Home — Tags: , , , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 9:33 am

When hubby and I were loaded with credit card debt in 2007, I had to save money by cooking meals at home.

But after our credit card debt decreased a bit, I stopped cooking at home and started eating out again.

These few weeks, hubby has been suggesting that he wants to eat home cooked meals again. Argh, …

Eating home-cooked meals means that I have to cook again and my face will be filled with greasy smell.

Pay Down Credit Card Debt Fast First, Then Go On A Vacation

I am so jealous. My blogging buddy’s husband gave her a big surprise yesterday. They are having their Christmas holiday in one of the most famous las vegas hotels.

How I wish I could have my Christmas holiday in a foreign country too! Too bad that I still have some credit card debt to settle.

Hopefully, my niche blogs and stores can rake in more money so that I can pay down my credit card debt fast.

Waiting For The Day When Credit Card Debt Zooms Down To $30,000

Filed under: House Safety — Tags: , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 9:59 am

I am waiting for fence installation at home while hubby goes out for breakfast.

The guy was supposed to be here an hour earlier to install the new stainless steel fence. Talking about fence, I loved the wooden fence that I came across if compared to the stainless steel one. I had to take the stainless steel one because the wood one is not as durable and safe.

I am still waiting for the day when my credit card debt zooms down to $30,000. I am still loaded with $41,331. From $63,809 to $41,331.

Once Our Credit Card Debt Zooms Down To $30,000, We Can ..

While shopping online for bar stools for my hubby, I came across some bathroom vanities such as wood sink vanities which come in square, round , double-sink and a lot more.

I wish that buying our second home in Cameron Highlands will come true soon. My hubby and I have decided that once our credit card debt has zoomed down to $30,000, we can think of buying an apartment in Cameron Highlands. After all, it is possible to buy a house with ‘No Money Down’ or with $500 or $100 for down payment.

Wood furniture and home decor have always been our first choice due to their classic taste and natural aroma.

To Save Time, I Use Budgeting Software For My Debt Management

Yeahoo.. my credit card debt has gone down to $56,836 from $63,806.

It seems that what we have been doing has worked wonder ! Share with you what my hubby and I did to cut down our credit card debt.

Firstly, we cut off our credit cards. This is to avoid adding new debt to our existing balance.

Secondly, cut down our expenses on meals at restaurants, shopping sprees and luxury items.

Thirdly, do budgeting. I am kind of a lazy bone when it comes to recording daily expenses and doing spreadsheet, therefore I resort to budgeting software that saves me time and hassle. Time saved can actually be used to make more money to pay off my debt.
