What a hearty breakfast I had with hubby this morning! I had curry noodles while hubby ate noodle soup.
After breakfast, I headed home while hubby went to a nearby pharmacy. If I guess it right, he will head to the nearby shopping mall for a walk to burn fat.
Walking is one of hubby’s ways to burn fat; it’s like the best weight loss pill for him.
As for me, walking in the office from 8 am to 5 pm every single day is my best weight loss solution.
