So discouraging! Last night while getting ready to sleep, hubby asked me why my body shape still looked the same even though I had done exercise for more than 6 weeks.
He suggested that I take diet pills that work to help lose weight faster.
How do you feel if you hear such comment about your body shape given by your hubby? It’s very discouraging, right?
It’s normal that there is no noticeable weight loss yet because I have only exercised for more than 6 weeks, not 16 weeks or 60 weeks.
According to an article that I read recently, it takes 12 weeks to see obvious changes brought about by doing exercise.
