Miss Cool Climate & Fresh Air Of Cameron Highlands July 26, 2008

Once in a while, I will miss my life in Cameron Highlands. Hubby and I worked and lived there for more than 5 years before we moved back to hubby’s hometown.

I miss the cool climate and fresh air of Cameron Highlands.

I still remember those cold days when I was completing tons of pending Schlage assignments while sipping hot coffee. Wrapping myself with blanket while typing one blog post after another was an enjoyable thing to do at that time.

Will I move back to Cameron Highlands one day? Well, not likely. But going there for a vacation is definitely possible.

Buy Kava Kava Products When Having Vacation In Hawaii March 10, 2008

A blogging buddy and her family are going to Hawaii for their vacation next month. I wonder if she has checked out konakavafarm.com which is famous for its kava kava products, especially Organic Vegan Chocolate.

I am a cocoa lover too besides being a tea addict. I don’t think I will let go any chance to try different country’s cocoa products. I read reviews about this completely organic, vegan chocolate which is made with pure cocoa beans, soy lecithin and organic cane juice earlier.

Kona Kava Farm has an unmatched variety of organic Kava products because they are the growers as well as the suppliers.

In addition to being a safe herbal supplement, Kava may be able to reduce stress, add enjoyment, and increase your overall sense of well-being.

As a longtime camping enthusiast, I have made sure our family has done lots of camping together. Over the years, I have learned, mostly by trial and error, what works and what doesn’t in a camping environment with kids. So, if you want to have a good family camping trip, here are some tried and true methods to make camping fun and rewarding.

Come Prepared. Besides your campsite, the best predictor of family camping success is the level of your preparation. The Boy Scout motto of “Be Prepared” really has a place in the camping world. Your basic camping gear and equipment for any outdoor experience should include at least the following:

* Camping mattresses, cots or foam pads
* Rain Gear—especially light-weight ponchos for everyone
* Flashlights
* Extra batteries
* Camping stove and fuel
* Camping lantern and fuel
* Camping cook set including can openers
* Water carriers
* Waterproof containers
* Sunscreen
* Insect repellent
* Camping cooler

Mexico beach vacations are affordable, as well as Mexico hotels, vacation package prices to beaches, archaeological sites, shopping and historical colonial towns. If you stay at all inclusive resorts, forget about meal and beverage prices because all inclusive resorts include all meals, beverages, entertainment, activities, non-motorized water sports, taxes and even tips are included.

Karisma Hotels is a collection of unique beach resorts in stunning vacation destinations on the Mexican Riviera Maya. Each resort presents its own surprising indulgences and the elite level of service that makes a vacation truly relaxing.

Karisma’s five signature resorts include: El Dorado Royale Spa Resort (adults only), El Dorado Seaside Suites (adults only), Azul Beach (family-friendly) and Azul Blue (family-friendly – opening November 2006) and Hidden Beach Resort (naturalist).

Imagine checking into one of the 98 luxury suites overlooking the Mexican Caribbean and let our dedicated full-time butler unpack our suitcase and draw us an aromatic bath while hubby and I walk down to the beach and nap on one of the four poster cabana beds ! Yes, I want hubby and me to enjoy one of these All Inclusive Cancun Vacation after paying off our credit card debts.

After enjoying a multi-course, candlelight dinner for two (included, of course) in one of the gourmet restaurants, we snuggle up with our in-room iPod or in front of our wide-screen plasma television between fine Italian linens with pillows. Life is just wonderful isn’t it ?

What About A Vacation At The Outer Banks Of North Carolina ? January 26, 2008

The Outer Banks of North Carolina consist of a chain of barrier islands bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and a series of wide, shallow sounds on the other.

While it feels remote, the Outer Banks of North Carolina is an easily accessible “drive to” destination, offering an abundance of natural beauty and a chance to experience history first hand.

Imagine relaxing on one of the many uncrowded beaches, exploring a wildlife preserve, visiting the lighthouses and the Wright Brothers’ Monument, watching the sunset at Jockey’s Ridge, spending an evening reliving history at The Lost Colony, or trying your luck at fishing, crabbing and searching for treasures along the beach ! Life is simply wonderful, isn’t it ?

The Outer Banks are also home to a vast array of wildlife, plants and animals that have evolved to thrive in the demanding environment. The perseverance of Outer Banks is a testament of the area’s rugged natural beauty and mystery.

Watch Super Bowl XLII While Having A Vacation December 26, 2007

While shopping for some bathroom accessories for my new home, hubby’s business buddy called up and needed me to do him a favor. How could I decline his request ? He is my hubby’s business buddy.

Apparently, he would like me to book some super bowl tickets for him. He and his wife will be visiting the US next year, probably before Chinese New Year. This is to coincide with the Super Bowl XLII which is set to take place on February 3, 2008, at the 73,400-seat University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

TicketsNow is working closely with ticket providers to ensure that there will be a large supply of tickets for football fans from across the country. As of today, Super Bowl XLII tickets are already available at www.TicketsNow.com, including a fully catered, 24-person luxury suite for $316,250.

Since TicketsNow is also offering Super Bowl hospitality and hotel packages, I think hubby’s business buddy will not hesitate to book through TicketsNow. He is the kind of person who hates hassle and trouble.

Though my youngest sister is almost done with her wedding preparation, she is still indecisive where she and her hubby-to-be are going for their honeymoon. They asked me to suggest some honeymoon destinations since I surf the Internet every day.

When it comes to searching for holiday or honeymoon destinations, I am good ..;p The reason is that I have been bookmarking and reading travel websites that offer hot deals on Cancun Vacations these few weeks. I am planning for a Cancun vacation once hubby and I fully settle our debts. (more…)
