No Flea Market, Okay?

Filed under: Love n Marriage — Tags: , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 12:43 pm

Last night, I had to tell off hubby for being so playful. Oh, don’t get it wrong!

You see, he planned to stay one night at my uncle’s place after his field trip. The next day, he would wake up very early and go to his favorite place, a flea market.

After a few hours’ enjoyment at the flea market, he would then take a long journey bus home. It’s a more than 2 hours’ journey.

I had to scold him for being so playful because I know him too well. The moment he reaches home, he will be dead tired. Imagine he still has to prepare Monday’s lessons and mark students’ books!

Happy Mother’s Day, Mom!

Filed under: Gifts,Love n Marriage — Tags: , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 8:16 am

Speaking of Mother’s Day, it’s this Sunday, the 9th of May! Guess what? I am done with it.

I mean I had already celebrated it for my mom when she was here holidaying with my younger sister and her family. They came last Saturday and went back on Sunday afternoon. What a rush holidays!

What did I give her? Ka-Ching, $200 cash into her mmf drawer! She looked so happy.

Hubby and I treated her and my younger sister’s family at a restaurant. They wanted to foot/share the bill, but hubby was fast when it came to paying the bill.

Mom Does Understand Daughter’s Financial Constraints

Still not sure what to gift your wife/mom/grandma this Mother’s Day? What about giving diamonds as gifts for Mother’s Day?

I wish I could gift my mom a diamond ring or bangle one day in future! With my current credit card debts and other payments, it’s nearly impossible to gift her something more expensive.

For the time being, I can only afford things like going out for dinner with her, buying her clothes, doing household chores for her or paying her half/one-day trip.

I know my mom understands my financial constraints.

Let Me Take Care Of The Cheque

Filed under: Love n Marriage — Tags: , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 3:40 pm

Just now, hubby apologized that he couldn’t drive me to the bank to deposit my Amazon.com check tomorrow. Well, I understand.

Even if hubby is free to drive me to the bank tomorrow, I will decline his good intention. He should rest or take a nap at home after school instead of driving half an hour to the bank.

Noop, thanks. Let me take care of the cheque, okay?

Helping Hubby Reduce Workload & Tension Is The Priority

I am so glad that helping hubby type out his lesson notes has reduced his time for lesson planning tremendously.

Now he just has to focus on reading his teaching materials without the need to spend time on finding and photostating past year questions.

Helping hubby reduce his workload and tension is my priority now. All of my niche blogs, article writing tasks and article submissions have to take a back seat for a while until hubby is less stressful.

No more new weight loss, home appliance or mechanical breakdown insurance reviews for the time being.

The time spent on writing reviews can well be used to help hubby type a few more lessons’ notes and questions.

Go Shopping At A Nearby Mall

Filed under: Love n Marriage — Tags: , , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 12:55 pm

It’s only Friday and I can feel that hubby’s tension is back and escalating. I think the level of his tension will be at its peak on Sunday night.

Oh, God, please make sure that he has sufficient sleep on Sunday night so that he is full of energy when the school reopens on Monday.

Maybe I should drag him out of the house this evening and go shopping for office supplies at a nearby mall. Shopping is his favorite, so hopefully, it can relax him a bit.

It’s true that I hate shopping. But for hubby’s sake, I will go with him this evening.

Please Help Hubby Relieve His Stress

Filed under: Love n Marriage — Tags: , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 12:47 pm

It’s Friday already soon! Hubby’s one-week holidays is going to be over in three days’ time.

Once the school reopens, he will be busy again. Not only busy, he will also be stressed out again.

Oh, God, please help hubby relieve his stress! Please lift his tension and heavy workload off his shoulders so that he is healthy and happy always.

Thank You God.
