Thinking of spring-cleaning my house just makes me tired…;p I dislike doing housework and cleaning, therefore I find it boring and a waste of time. I just wish that hubby could hire a maid to take over the household chores.
Does hubby help with spring-cleaning the house ? A little bit. Fortunately, he is willing to clean the ceiling lighting . Otherwise, I have to climb up and down the ladder.

Cameron Highlands is the leading producer in flowers, therefore the locals love filling their yards with variety of flower plants. Some go to the extend to spend thousands of dollars on landscaping.
When the night falls , I love standing at my balcony and enjoying the blooming flowers in my neighbors’ yards. Their yards are equipped with low voltage landscape lighting that brings warmth.

According to Feng Shui, proper outdoor lighting brings in good energy and wards off burglars. When my hubby and I lived in our home in Ipoh, we made sure that the outdoor lighting was turned on every night.
Besides safety reason, we loved giving convenience to our neighbors who came back after a day’s work. Their homes were dark, thus making it difficult to open the gates and park their cars. With our well-lit outdoor lighting, they saved the hassle. And of course, they felt safe too.

He has asked us before if we are interested to buy it. Honestly, noop…;D His asking price is $280,000 ! Even if we negotiate with him, the lowest we can get is $240,000. No way am I going to spend $240,000 on an apartment. With $240,000, I can buy a ver
y elegant double-storey house with car park and garden in Kuala Lumpur.
I understand perfectly why my owner wants to sell his house at $280,000. He spent more than $100,000 on renovation and lighting fixtures. He even installed three track lighting to highlight his daughter’s piano that sat in the space where the dining table is now. The intense spotlight effect is perfect for showcasing the piano - but it makes an intimate sit-down at the table feel like an interrogation…arggg…
