More Than 10 Boxes!

Filed under: Home Furniture — Tags: , , , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 2:25 pm

For the past few weeks, I have been busy packing unused clothes and decor items into boxes. All in all, there are more than 10 boxes! @.@

With fewer things in the house, the rooms look so spacious. In future, hubby and I will think twice or even thrice when it comes to buying personal and household items.

As for the log furniture in the house, well, they can stay. I know for sure that hubby will not donate or give them away.

Let The Current Tenants Use The Extra Furniture Pieces & Home Decor Items

Finally, the plumbers had the leaking toilets fixed last Saturday! Phew, what a relief! No more leaking pipes and toilets for the vacant house.

The tenants have already moved all their belongings into the house although it’s only the 23rd today. It’s okay since they are considered friends of us now. :-)

Hubby and I have decided to let the current tenants use the extra furniture pieces, home decor items, work gloves, dishes and kitchen appliances that belong to us because there is simply no space in our flat to store them.

I am always fine with sharing things with others; it’s better to let others use them than letting the things rot away.

Time To Get Some Office Furniture For My Home Office

Filed under: Home Furniture — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 5:39 pm

Well, I have to admit that it’s great to have a day off and went to Ipoh. Besides having foot reflexology treatments and yummy meal at Kopitiam Junction, we also went window shopping for a while.

As usual, my hubby shopped for groceries while I walked aimlessly from one boutique to another boutique . And then from one jewelry shop to another jewelry shop.

I stopped at a furniture shop for a while as there were some great home office furniture pieces that …wow.. luxury furniture ! I wish that I could afford some of the elegant oak pieces of funiture.

Doing Meditation On Home Theater Seating Is Relaxing

Filed under: Home Furniture — Tags: , , , , — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 3:32 pm

I think the most important timesaver as far as I am concerned is to meditate every day in Cameron Highlands.

Sometimes, relaxing or doing meditation while being guided by a soft clear and calming voice on my home theater seating is simply perfect.

This may seem like a contradiction because it takes a bit of my time, but it ensures I’m centred and focused for the rest of the day, and therefore work more efficiently and effectively.

It’s great for reducing stress too as I blog for more than 10 hours a day. Besides writing paid posts, I blog hop very often to pick up new information and tips from blogging buddies.
