Give Me A Few Term Life Insurance Quotes !

Filed under: Debt Management — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 6:05 pm

Since my debt reduction in April, I have learned to be wiser when handling my money. Money is not easily parted from me now…;D

Whenever I am approached by buddy to buy insurance products, I will tell them to show me a few life insurance quotes, term life insurance quotes, car insurance quotes, or home insurance quotes.

This is to show my buddy that I am serious about my money if compared to last time. I used to take in whatever insurance policies quoted by buddy without much consideration.

Delay Buying A New Home In Cameron Highlands

Filed under: Debt Management,Real Estate — Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom @ 12:27 pm

I think my hubby and I have to delay buying a new home in Cameron Highlands after reading some informative articles.

Firstly, we are still considered new to Cameron Highlands. It makes sense to rent for a number of months in Tanah Rate or Brinchang before deciding on exactly where we want to live.

Secondly, we find that giving tuition in Cameron Highlands is not as stable as we think. The locals here are notorious for trying new tuition centers at one go. I am worried that this may happen to me …one day….;D I really do not know when it will be my turn that they make a beeline to another new tuition center.

Thirdly, we need to really pay off at least 50% of our current credit card debts first. We are $55,846 in debts at the moment. To keep our dream of buying house alive, we hop over to some Wilmington NC real estate websites to have a peek of some single family homes and bungalows once in a while.

While paying off our credit card debts, we also spend our spare time reading and attending real estate courses and seminars so that the informative resources come in handy in future.

To Save Time, I Use Budgeting Software For My Debt Management

Yeahoo.. my credit card debt has gone down to $56,836 from $63,806.

It seems that what we have been doing has worked wonder ! Share with you what my hubby and I did to cut down our credit card debt.

Firstly, we cut off our credit cards. This is to avoid adding new debt to our existing balance.

Secondly, cut down our expenses on meals at restaurants, shopping sprees and luxury items.

Thirdly, do budgeting. I am kind of a lazy bone when it comes to recording daily expenses and doing spreadsheet, therefore I resort to budgeting software that saves me time and hassle. Time saved can actually be used to make more money to pay off my debt.
