Oh, no, June is only two days away! Another month is going past and I am wondering what I have achieved so far.
Have I paid off my credit card debt? Noop, but the monthly repayments have been on time.
How are the car and home loans? Well, my car loan is going to be settled in August 2011! As for my home loan, phew, it’s going to many years before I have a mortgage-free home.
What about sales for weight loss products? Well, I must say that I am quite proud of my Amazon sales for various products, including diet products.
Yes, keep up the good work!
Why Hubby Shouldn’t Be Too Tired May 8, 2010
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : Debt Management, Health, Love n Marriage, Make Money , comments closedOkay, before I go find some apidexin scam info, let me tell you why I discouraged hubby from staying overnight at my uncle’s place and going to the flea market!
I know his physical and mental limits; being too exhausted mentally or physically will only bring harms/hazards to his health. Once he is very tired, he will feel moody. When he is moody, all kinds of body discomforts and negative thoughts will appear.
One of them is retiring early. He is not 55 yet, so I don’t want him to retire so early. Besides, we still have credit card and personal debts that need to be settled with his income and also my online income.
Mom Does Understand Daughter’s Financial Constraints April 29, 2010
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : Debt Management, Gifts, Love n Marriage , comments closedStill not sure what to gift your wife/mom/grandma this Mother’s Day? What about giving diamonds as gifts for Mother’s Day?
I wish I could gift my mom a diamond ring or bangle one day in future! With my current credit card debts and other payments, it’s nearly impossible to gift her something more expensive.
For the time being, I can only afford things like going out for dinner with her, buying her clothes, doing household chores for her or paying her half/one-day trip.
I know my mom understands my financial constraints.
How’s The Plan Of Selling Custom Screen T-Shirt Printing? December 4, 2009

Wow, it’s been more than 2 years since I abandoned the plan of selling custom screen t-shirt printing while operating a novel house business.
There is neither a novel house biz nor screen t-shirt printing biz. Both business plans had to be canceled due to lacking in money.
Besides, hubby and I still have credit card debt that needs to be settled fully first.
Give Me A Few Term Life Insurance Quotes ! November 1, 2007
Posted by Home Cleaning Work At Home Mom in : Debt Management , comments closedSince my debt reduction in April, I have learned to be wiser when handling my money. Money is not easily parted from me now…;D
Whenever I am approached by buddy to buy insurance products, I will tell them to show me a few life insurance quotes, term life insurance quotes, car insurance quotes, or home insurance quotes.
This is to show my buddy that I am serious about my money if compared to last time. I used to take in whatever insurance policies quoted by buddy without much consideration.
Delay Buying A New Home In Cameron Highlands August 12, 2007

I think my hubby and I have to delay buying a new home in Cameron Highlands after reading some informative articles.
Firstly, we are still considered new to Cameron Highlands. It makes sense to rent for a number of months in Tanah Rate or Brinchang before deciding on exactly where we want to live.
Secondly, we find that giving tuition in Cameron Highlands is not as stable as we think. The locals here are notorious for trying new tuition centers at one go. I am worried that this may happen to me …one day….;D I really do not know when it will be my turn that they make a beeline to another new tuition center.
Thirdly, we need to really pay off at least 50% of our current credit card debts first. We are $55,846 in debts at the moment. To keep our dream of buying house alive, we hop over to some Wilmington NC real estate websites to have a peek of some single family homes and bungalows once in a while.
While paying off our credit card debts, we also spend our spare time reading and attending real estate courses and seminars so that the informative resources come in handy in future.
