Vitamins B & C, Plus Milk Thistles If Lacking In Sleep

I didn’t sleep well last night. It must have been the tea that I drank before bedtime!

Ya, tea or/and coffee almost always causes me sleepless at night if I drink it before I hit the sack.

Not being able to sleep well means I need a nap now to restore my energy and alertness.

Oh, remember to pop vitamins like Vitamin B Complex and C!

Also, milk thistles to protect the liver. You know lacking in sleep hurts the liver very much, right?
