One of hubby’s female clients is trying to lose weight within 3 months. If possible, she wants to lose 10 pounds in 5 days. Wow, is it possible?
I am not sure if she is doing it through taking appetite suppressants or weight loss diets.
But one thing for sure is that she isn’t doing any exercise to lose pounds and inches.
She is the kind of woman who loves eating but hates moving her butt.
