Spend an hour a week doing one thing I really like – whether it’s reading a book or listening to a a CD.
Get a part-time cleaner to relieve me of my chores ! I am going to get my sister-in-law to do it.
Listen to my body. If I am tired, rest. Don’t go into overdrive. I did on Monday ! I was so exhausted in the morning that I turned off my computer and headed to my bed. I slept for more than 3 hours without any interruption.
