’s business partner’s wife is an inspector. Cool, right ? I have seen her in her uniform once and I have to say that she looks cool…;D
Hubby asked me to get her a gift, preferably a watch. Urgh..Hubby is a watch maniac, therefore he always thinks of watches as gift ideas.

I used to mention rubber estates, but I was wrong. They are supposed to set up rubber estate plants to collect rubber or latex from the rubber tappers. In other words, hubby and his business partner act as middlemen. Yippie…middlemen make money, man !

Another cause is that we didn’t make enough money to cover the high expenses. Anyway, since we picked up debt advice and started our debt reduction, we managed to cut down our credit card debts to $48,986. Our goal is to reduce the debts to $40,000 by the end of this year.
We have taken some personal loans and balance transfers that help reduce the interest rate charges. As for debt consolidation or IVA ,it will only be our last resort.

It’s quite common nowadays to see as seen on tv products and television viewers are so used to ordering their as seen on tv products too.
I even bought a set of Powerful Memory more than 10 years ago ! At that time, my grandma thought that I was crazy to buy product without even touching or checking it first. Luckily, the product arrived in perfect condition. And honestly, the quality of the product was definitely up to par.

We even contacted our real estate agent to give us tips on how to sell the house at higher price. She later also put up advertisements for us…;d Fortunately, no buyers called up yet. If not, our real estate would be mad, thinking that we were playing a trick on her.
The reason that we want to put the sale on hold is that hubby is going to work in Ipoh again. So there is possibility that we may move back to Ipoh from Cameron Highlands.

Students and their parents are all set for their year end school holidays. Some have already booked their vacations while others are still undecided about the vacation destinations.
One of my students tells me that they have already booked Accommodation in Melbourne. The purpose of their vacation this time is to celebrate Christmas in Australia. As they hear that Cheap Hotels in Melbourne are always fully booked, they quickly place their booking online for fear that they may miss the events such as Christmas Tree Nightly Light Show and New Year Eve’s 2007 Celebrations held in Melbourne.
Talking about Melbourne, it reminds me of my trip to Sydney and Melbourne in 1997. Wow… 10 years ago ! The most unforgettable place is the historic Queen Victoria Market which has nearly 1000 stalls.
The Market is probably best known for its huge variety of fresh produce. Almost 50% of the Market area is dedicated to the sale of fresh produce, including fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, chicken, seafood and delicatessen products.
Vendors in the fish and meat hall attempt to outdo each other as they bellow out prices. Devoted shoppers in the food hall love the delicatessen delights from around the globe. We had our Melbourne Accomodation near the market so we managed to buy fresh fruits at the lowest prices before the market closed.

Cameron Highlands is the leading producer in flowers and vegetables. So, whenever hubby and I go back to Kuala Lumpur to visit our family and friends, we will give them flowers and vegetables.
