I Need My "Om" To Stay Fresh & Focused

My hubby and I know that too much tension is unhealthy and may lead to high blood pressure. So, we love to do meditation whenever we feel tired. We feel fresh and rejuvenated after meditation.

Just 10 minutes a day gives benefit such as de-stressing, clarity of mind, physical relaxation and openness. It is very simple to do, just close your eyes and focus on your breath. If the mind wanders, become aware, drop the thoughts, and focus on your breath again.
