My hubby and I have planned to buy an apartment in Cameron Highlands. I have heard of buying a house with ‘No Money Down’, therefore I have been reading extensively by subscribing to newsletters online and purchasing personal finance magazines and books.
While browsing through some real estate websites, I stumbled upon some useful information from reading ‘ Buying With ZERO Down’, ‘Stop Paying Rent’, ‘6 Buyer Mistakes’,'Beware 13 Extra Costs’,'Danger ! Buyer Traps’ related to Blue Ridge real estate.
Why do I still want to pay my landlord’s mortgage when I can be building my own equity ? Why pay $10,000 to $20,000 or even more for a down payment while there are so many Malaysians out there who have tried using this method to buy real estate and property ?
I am going to figure out ‘No Money Down’ strategy. There are so many industry insiders who have prepared tons and tons of special reports related to “How to Buy a Home With Zero Down”, and reveal how we can buy our home with absolutely no down payment.
